About a year ago, I saw Tay Zonday’s Chocolate Rain video. The song was unbelievably, hide-your-head-in-the-sand, guilty-pleasure-awesome. And Tay himself was a sight to behold. He’s slight, dorkish, but with a (technologically altered?) tenor of a voice that makes you stop and wonder if he’s just trapped in a short white dude’s body.
Zonday’s brilliance: having a stage name that runs with Monday, and Fun-Day, posting his music video on youtube with a link to download the song, and adding in the description the fanciful, if not repetitive lyrics to his masterpiece.
Chocolate Rain
History quickly crashing through your veins
Chocolate Rain
Using you to fall back down again
It appears Zonday’s 11,000,000 youtube views (including at least 17 from me) have given bloody, embryonic fluid-drenched birth to a brand spanking new video, this time with a bit of a budget. I knew Dr. Pepper was good for something.. besides Flaming Dr. Pepper shots.

Good for him, These awkward stages really don’t last too long.
